Good question! The answer would have to be determined based on the integrity of all NFL franchises. Vick does not deserve the privilege of living the life of a sports super stars nor does he deserve the money that such a position would generate.
Up till now he has lived a privileged life due to his athletic skills but the rest of his life lacks the morality it takes to sustain it.
Unfortunately there will be some franchise that will probably be desperate enough to hire him just for the sake of ticket sales. Vick never was a good QB but someone might hire him as a wide out or defensive back. I hope not. The NFL would be better served never to allow such a degenerate back into the league.
