Being that you have tile this is a stone like substance therefore it absorbs liquid. Bleach will not help. If the stain has been there a while you might have to use sand paper and sand it out. Also Armstrong makes a solution for cleaning tile. I believe it is called Once and Done.

I have heard lemon juice and baking soda being recommended to remove stains. I don't know if it will work on tile or not, but it wouldn't hurt anything.

what kind of stain is it ?
what color is your tile?
try oxiclean,
or WD-40 it removes stains,[ink]
