Do you mean accuracy or precision?

It depends on the situation. Normally accuracy is more important, that is - how closely you can get to the required volume. If the required volume is 1.00 mls, how close can I get to that?
If you are doing serial dilutions, then precision is more important. Imprecision will cause more variation with each successive dilution. How often can I pipette exactly the same volume, even if it is not exactly 1.00 mls?
