Braylon Edwards vs. Cin. In a playoff drive super stars perform. Edwards has been solid all season.
Larry Fitzgerald vs. Atl. Great WR going against a team that quit playing week 3 of the preseason.
Wes Welker vs. Mia. Going against former team. Time to show Fins what they let go.
Jamal Lewis vs. Cin. Rivalry game. Cleveland should score 30+ points, One TD should be by run.
Fred Taylor vs. Oak. Raiders let Grant run for 156 yds. Taylor is better, and JAC needs the win.
Ryan Grant vs. Chi. Here it is week 16 and still no definite starting QB and a rivalry game. Grant torched Dallas almost 100 yds and two TD's.

First of all, you must either be in a very shallow league or just be a great drafter, because you have a sweet roster. Also mid-30s and extremely windy (like 30mph) but no rain-snow. OK, my picks:
Reggie Wayne (Only talent on Houston DBs is Dunta Robinson, and he's out),
Braylon Edwards (Coming off big game, playing against third worst secondary in NFL)
Anthony Gonzales (Also coming off big game, same reasoning as Wayne. Also too add for both, Addai hasn't run well and is banged up, and Houston had good run defense, so the Colts will be passing a lot.
(Fitz probably won't play by the way, that's why I didn't pick him.) Gotta go, so I'll make my picks for RBs and trust I have very good reasons for them too, just don't have time to write it down.
Jamal Lewis, Fred Taylor (hell yeah) and LenDale

Wayne, Edwards, Fitzgerald.
Lewis, Grant. With the Taylors, this could be the week that Jones-Drew and Peterson have the better day.
Weather shouldn't be too much of a factor in the Browns-Bengals game. It might be a little wet/windy, but nothing severe, with temps in the 40s.
Just noticed that you use 3 RB. My league uses 2. Chester has the hotter hand right now, but it's a toss-up. Lewis has been a stud this year, I have him and I'm going with him against a weak Cincy D. He catches passes, too, and we combine rush/pass yardage.
If you're in a point per reception league (I'm not) you might consider Welker over Fitzgerald.
