When something goes wrong I always hear people blaming the CIA, even when its impossible for it to be their fault.

Covert operations are by nature illegal otherwise they wouldn't have to be covert and since they are covert the CIA could not use anything from these operations to defend themselves in anyway.

Pinochet getting to power in Chile. Oh hold on they were in on that. The shah of Iran getting rid of a prime minister who was nationalizing the oil industry. Oh dear they were in on that as well. I can't think of some conspiracy that I could blame them for that they were not in on.

Not only has the C.I.A. been used as a scapegoat, it has been asked to do its job with one hand tied behind its back since the dems cut its powers after Watergate.

They are usually behind the big dirty conspiracies, something about being so secretive and all that doesn't fare well for them.
Why don't you look up their involvement in the Contra drug-smuggling operations? Perhaps how they funded, trained & armed Al Queda? Putting Saddam into power? Screwing with Iran so much that it led to Ayatollah Khomeini's fundamentalist islamic revolution? Maybe their drug-pushing operations, which are well documented, are how they get half of their black-budget...

My conspiracy would be that there are still Clinton People in the CIA that Hate America, and are trying to Sabotage the USA.
