Maybe a cyst or something.. you'll never know unless you get it checked out by a pro.

if it's been going on for a couple days, then go to your doctor, if it just started maby an hour or to ago, it's probably just a cramp. They CAN come at random times, and it's happened to me before (i'm a guy, so they werent period cramps...), and they can really hurt like a *****. i had a cramp about a month ago that lasted for an hour and hurt like hell, i was about to go to the hospital cuz it hurt so bad, but it went away. If you just got this pain, and it continues through tomorrow, you should just call a doctor, if it continues another day, make an appointment.

You think it might be kidney stones?
A kidney stone is a hard mass developed from crystals that separate from the urine within the urinary tract. Normally, urine contains chemicals that prevent or inhibit the crystals from forming. These inhibitors do not seem to work for everyone, however, so some people form stones. If the crystals remain tiny enough, they will travel through the urinary tract and pass out of the body in the urine without being noticed.
Kidney stones may contain various combinations of chemicals. The most common type of stone contains calcium in combination with either oxalate or phosphate. These chemicals are part of a person’s normal diet and make up important parts of the body, such as bones and muscles.
A less common type of stone is caused by infection in the urinary tract. This type of stone is called a struvite or infection stone. Another type of stone, uric acid stones, are a bit less common, and cystine stones are rare.

either your dehydrated, pulled a muscle, or
even though it doesnt feel like your stomach hurts or anything
(the same thing happens after i have intense swim practices)
it could be a build up of gas or something in your intestines.
don't worry if you feel like your gunna die.
it happened to me right by my lungs and stomachish area
and was curled up in a ball all night crying.
it'll go away though.
get a heating compress on it though. it REALLLLY helps.
and take some rolaids or malox and advil since it could be just pain or a stomach related issue. and drink a bottle of water. you'll be fine.

As you know, none of your answers will be a diagnosis... but I can assure you, if it is a cyst on your ovary, it is completely normal for that to happen. I've had them in the past, and a lot of times, they dissolve on their own. Best to make an appointment with your doctor for him to decide what it could be. Good Luck....and Merry Christmas to you!

Sounds like it's your ovary. Is it sort of low, like near your pelvis bone? That happens a lot when you ovulate and sometimes at random times too. If it is really bad go see they gyno and she can tell you if you have cysts in there causing the pain.

GO to doctor. Could be indigestion or irritable bowel. Have you been drinking a lot recently? Eating Christmas junk?
