I'm annoyed that I don't get Answers emails at all and because I get 20 junk emails a day. They go to the junk box, but can't they do a better job of filtering all that crap?

When that happened to me, I contacted customer service and they found the elusive unread mail for me...it was dated way way back and took that long to find it's way to me. It was just junk so I deleted it.

Sure do, and even after you click the new mail icon it just stays there.
It is very aggravating and annoying.
