Some thing is wrong with my stomach. Its like a sharp pain that goes from my stomach down to my lower abdomin area like where my overies and blader is. If feels like theres a lot of presure in this area and its very sore. like when I press down or lay on my abdomin area it hurts like hell. It almost feels like my blader is really full or something like that. I thought it might be gas but its been like this for about a week now. what could it be?? Help me, what should I do? should I go see a docter??

You need to see a doctor as soon as possible. It might just be some type of virus but only a doctor can determine what is wrong with you. Don't take chances with your health.
