Every once and a while when I am having a hard time falling asleep I will pack a bag in my head. I give myself different places to go and I pack like I am going to take a vacation there. I start with the empty bag, visualized in my mind, and add Item by item folding and choosing what I will need to take. I am usually asleep before the bag has ten items in it. I think of it as a form of meditation. It always works, so I don't analyze it too much.
Last night I dreamed that Will Smith climbed into the shower with me. Great dream by the way, I got up late this morning.
