Do you ever fear your phones are tapped?

I know mines are ... I think by at least three different sources .... and they all want to know when I leave home.

1) Pez Dispensers - their afraid I've sold some of them to keep the lights on

2) The Sharp Toothed Country Possums - Purely revenge for my dissing their Urbane city cousins

3) Pez-swiping, good cooking cousin - Who wants to swipe the other Pez's I haven't sold.

4) The Special Hospital - Pick-up & hold ---- for a very long time this time.

I have never thought of it. I am sure you could get electronic equipment quite cheaply to verify that they are not tapped. If there was a tap, it probably would be between the pole and your phone, so you should be able to rule out the phone company. I never do, but my best friend is paranoid, she always thinks her phone is tapped, and I tell her, why would the government want to tap your phone.....but she still thinks everyone has their phone tapped.....she is so paranoind but nothing will change her
