Kansas and Missouri got it really bad. They did close an interstate because of the weather. And some high - traveled roads in certain areas were closed. I have been to Chicago 2x since Thanksgiving during "storms" and it isn't as bad.
The problem is, Missouri (or atleast the kansas city area) doesn't do anything about the roads. They don't plow a lot of them. It sucks. We had a bad storm 2 weekends ago and another one on Saturday/Sunday.
