I would love to keep it, and could probably use it more than the person who keeps $1000 in their wallet, but who am I to decide what that person is going through? My conscience would get the best of me and I'd return it all in person, in hopes of getting a reward.

and see what fate does then lol

Turn it over to the police so the rightful owner would get it back!

I would give it back if there was some sort of identification in it. If It didnt have an ID in it and i had no idea who its for. I think I would keep it.

Look for ID, if there is any call the owner, otherwise call the cops and turn it in. (s)he might need the money far more than you
