because it is kind off new area for television
hospital is a place that was just not seen in TV so it is new for people and the shows have excitement and drama without being to soapy (soap opera).and bonus broom closets.

MEDICAL SHOWS HAVE SOMETHING TO OFFER FOR EVERYONE!!! you like sex and love greys anatomy. You love comedy and outright stupidness Scrubs. You love suspense and myster house. There is medical show for everysingle person out there.

People fall for all kinds of shows and I think they fall for medical shows is because of the drama and rush of seeing someone injured and some doc saving their life

well, i think that the people always go for the medical shows because they like the shows before them so once they left that channel they just decided to see what the next show was about,watched it then became in love with it!

the only one i liek is house and i guess cuz theyre interesting? hey, a lot of people like those shows like trauma and life in the er and they're real but really gross, so maybe people settle for fake shows with really cute actors
