i mean i want to be nice to them..but i cant for some reason

there might be a reason why u cant be nice to them maybe they hurt u in the past or ur mind is telling u that there is something about them u just dont like and u just dont know what it is yet. Go with ur what ur body is telling u so u dont get hurt at the end

there is a hidden pain that is causing you to lash out at people dig a little deeper and see what that is...and then talk to them about it I would also concider counceling
it doesnt hurt to go to a person and tell them that you have feelings and your feelings are valid that something is bothering you how can they help you with the problem...and you should take the advice of wise people..sometimes its best to remain silent
