That was my original plan, but I couldn't stick to it! Several of my nieces and nephews will be here along with some of my grandchildren and I just couldn't stand the thought of them not having anything to open, even though only one is still young enough to care. I wasn't going to get anything for my children either but I did that as well. They don't get much. Most of them like to read so I go to the bargain tables at the book store and find books for around $5.00. My siblings and I do a name drawing.

My kids and my grandkids are getting money this year. The kids are in financial need, and the grandkids want to pool their gifts ($) to buy computer stuff. I don't buy for nieces and nephews, I make their gifts.

We have nine grands', and we now concentrate more on just them. Instead of giving our sons and their wives each individual gifts, we're giving them just one...and it's something that the whole family can enjoy.
Six of the grand kids have winter birthdays, so that has to figure in also.
If there's ever a tenth, I sure hope it's a summer baby...lol!

We are gonna try to buy Christmas for our grandchildren only.I feel really bad cause i can't buy for our Daughters.We live on a fix income.And my husband got laid off from work.We have7 g.c.May God Bless Us All

We have no young grands anymore. We do the checks now for the children and their kids so the can put the money towards something the can really use.

I've tried to do that a few Christmas's ago but I just could not it made me sad......So I buy all year around . Each year though the Grace of God I make it without using credit......
