pour a cool water on it it will melt then put hot water on i wish it works for you good luck.

Blow on it (optional), and sprinkle some grit salt if you find a grit bin nearby, find any cheap heat sources and make sure that you dont set your car on fire (honestly thats happened loads of times)

sounds like a lot of ice, try scraping it..the best way may be just to let it out in the sun, maybe next time put ur car in a garage....
