It should run fine on that ASUS mobo. Usually it supports up to 2.0Volts RAM. It matches the specs of that G-Skill RAM.

It is the low latency/high performance RAM that requires a higher voltage to operate at optimum settings. They would typically run like ordinary RAM on ordinary motherboards but run at peak performance only on high end or enthusiast motherboards that support RAM needing more than 2.0 volts.
