when did Michigan Secretary of state get linked to Ohio?

I was in Ohio in 1997 and got a DUI I live in michigan I got my
Liscecse renewed in 2005 this year they need to be renewed
but when I went to renew them michigan said Ohio has supended them it's been ten years I didn't know they were supended I recived nothing from Ohio telling me of this Help

I did not know that. You'll have to get clearance from Ohio I guess. Bummer. The good news is, it should be less than $100.
