Name of a song from the 90's?

Whats the name of the song where the guy is recounting his life in the 80's or 90's? The song is definitely from the 90's though. It has kind of a third eye blind sound to it. He makes reference to what year it is throughout the song. He says things like "now its 1993/83 and back in 1993/83.
