It's called "deja vu" and yes it happens when they change something in the matrix.
My advise to you is to watch out for agents because they're probably after you.
Avoid people in trenchcoats wearing sunglasses (unless you wanna live in some post-apocalyptic nightmare where you're recruted into a war against some advanced A.I.) and above all: TAKE THE BLUE PILL

That's called deja vu which means (repeat seeing) and is one of those quirks of the human brain which records everything your senses take in from the time of birth (and even before)! It's an amazing phenomenon happening only in humans.

alot, people say it's just a mind delay, but i remember experiencing the event a week or so before. It happens to me alot

of course. its deja vu. and i hate it. it is sooo frusterating. im just like "hey havent you already said that?" and I cant remeber or I see something and then Im like :"Ive seen that before!"
