Go to www.google.com

Type "speed of light in miles per hour"

Out pops:
the speed of light = 670 616 629 miles per hour

If you want to try some unconventional units as well, you can do it. Try rods per week, or furlongs per fortnight

Note: the speed of light is a defined constant, 299,792,458 meters per second. There is no uncertainty other than there might be in the conversion between meters per second and miles per hour.

C=186 000mi/sec x 3600sec = Average velocity of light which is 669 millions 600 thousand miles per hour, relative to the Earth in local space.
The sun which gives light at that speed is 93 million miles away from the Earth.
The Speed of light in the Universe is variable in accordance to the Pressure levels , and time Levelsof the substance of space in the containment volume of the Universe. Hence when we talk about the speed of light in the Universe ,its not the same as what we measure in local space.
Time at the outskirt of the Universe appears slower as observed from the Earth's frame of reference.
