Will I have a lucky year?

Someone on a psychic forum said:

"Capricorns are entering a new 12 year cycle, moving from 12 house to the 1st. It started earlier this month and peeks on the 23rd and 24th and lasts a year.

I don't know much about this stuff personally, but us Caps are supposed to have a very very very good year."

I am a Capricorn and this year will also be the year of the rat and I was born in the year of the rat. Does this spell good luck for me in 2008?
