people kiss under the mistletoe because inside of the berry-like things on the mistletoe, there's a white fluid that reminds people of... well, you know. and this arouses them, so they kiss. it's now just become a tradition to do so.

I heard because someone saw two people kissing under a mistletoe and they made it a holiday tradition idk!
