He will appear in court on March 7th of next year in Clark County, Nevada. The case number is 07-C-237890-C. He is listed under that case number with several co-defendants. At last count he faces twelve felony counts. Several of them involve the use of a deadly weapon in commission of those crimes. If convicted, that automatically doubles the sentence under Nevada law.
