When they came to Jerusalem, Jesus went into the temple courtyard and began to throw out those who were buying and selling there. He overturned the moneychangers' tables and the chairs of those who sold pigeons.

it is not illegal but it is improper.religion and business are separate and should remain so.it sounds like the moneychangers in the temple in the days of Jesus,Jesus was so angry that they had polluted his Fathers house of worship in this way by selling lambs and what have you to offer as burnt offerings and sacrifices that he turned the money tables over and threw them out of the temple.read your bible,GOD does not approve of such doings in his house of worship.you may see other religions who condone such things and practice this or worse they are money hungry and are deceiving themselves if they think they are following Christ example.good luck to you in your quest for truth.
