Your question is too vague -
MBE could be multiple things:
The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire is a British order of chivalry
Minority Business Entrepreneur Magazine A bimonthly publication for and about minority and women business owners
The Multistate Bar Examination is a six-hour, two-hundred question multiple-choice examination covering contracts, torts, constitutional law
Molecular Beam Epitaxy
Harvard's master's program in Mind, Brain, and Education is designed for students interested in connecting cognition, neuroscience, and educational practice

So, you need to specify context in order to get the answer you want to "no" (sic).

The more you know....

According to Wikipedia.com:
Master of Business and Engineering® (MBE) is a master's degree in business and engineering, which attracts people from a wide range of academic disciplines. The Master of Business and Engineering program is designed for university graduates who have achieved at the highest level in an engineering, business or scientific Bachelor degree. Structured around a dual education system, the MBE combines Masters level academic studies with practical work experience on a results-driven project, carried out on behalf of sponsoring organisations. As such, this unique program facilitates the integrated transfer of knowledge between industry and academia, while giving organisations the opportunity to trial top level management trainees and benefit directly from the implementation of the processes and systems they develop.

M.B.E. stands for Member of the British Empire. I have no idea what the advantages are except it looks or sounds impressive when used after your name.... if you have M.B.E. after your name you must have achieved or done something worthwhile lol
