Nothing. I'm a fighter, not a quitter. Besides which, there are plenty of people who would love to see me dead. I am going to go on living just to P**s off the folks who want to see me dead. I am too ornery to ever commit suicide, so I will never give up on life.
As for things other than life-marriage, friendships, jobs, etc-I give up on such things once they begin costing me too much more than they give me. When friends take, but never give, they cease being friends. When I have to spend more to go to work than I make at work, I cease that work, and find other work. I do not give up on all friendships, or all jobs, etc, in principle. I just dump the bad, and seek the good.

Nothing!
We must hold fast to the fact that the Lord our God loves us.
In growing closer to Christ, our wants and desires change.
Our hearts are more and more open to where the Lord will lead us and less and less where we would have traveled on our own.
Eventually God may lead us to no longer want to have something that we once desired.
That is not the same as giving up but is more of accepting what we can not change.
I don’t know what it is your thinking of giving up.
But my heart and prayers are with you.

Give up vodka? Nothing
Give up school? Next to nothing, maybe winning the lottery
Give up on life? Wouldn't take much except maybe giving up on the other things.

I already have. My marriage is crumbling, my daughter, who is only 3 doesn't want me around because of the way her father treats me. I feel like I live in a house where no one wants me around. THAT is enough to make anyone want to give up. I'm no angel, I'm just trying to stand up for myself against the way he treats me and he sees that as antagonizing.

I hope I would never give up on anything. As long as I have my family and friends and health, I would keep pushing on. I guess we will know when it is time to give up.

when you have tried and failed for atleas 3000,000,0000.6 times , because you should never mean to give up.It will come one day,like you will be chasing your dog for uhh 3 days keep going !!! I know it stinks to feel like something bad happens but if you go farther to get it you will always suceed!

what i would make myself decide to give up is on trying to study something that i dont even know is true i mean people have come up with stupid lies.

at points in time, there are people who shoot for column four, but that's the main outline.
