I am beginning to think I need my bed, too....I stayed up way too late last night!

yes and so does simon cowell every night he goes to bed around 11 and has to have one hour on his own same in morning he never rushes and says it keeps him healthy.
I like to go and lay down watch tv in bed before I sleep on my own as a chill from everything and everyone.
