I have few questions on these...are they sublimation, condensation, solation, fusion, or freezing? (answer choices can be used more than once) 1. if a temp increases from 10 C to 60 C at a constant pressure of .4 atm...
2. if the temp decreases from 110 to 40 C at a constant pressure of 1.1 atm...
3.if the pressure increases from .5 to 1.5 atm at a constant temp. of 50 C.

I also don't know if my answer is correct for this:
1. samples of F2 gas and Xe gas are mixed in a fixed vol. container. the initial pressure of the F2 gas is 8 atm and the Xe is 1.7 atm... when all the Xe gas reacted forming a solid compound, the pressure of the unreacted F2 was 4.6 atm. the temp remained constant. what is the formula?

my answer I got was XeF4....is that correct?

Your first question doesn't make sense, so, either the question was badly expressed (perfectly possible), or you got confused before passing it on to us.

Second question: perfectly correct. 1.7 atm Xe removed 3.4 atm. F2, so by Avogadro's Law each Xe removed two F2. Well done, and have the courage of your convictions.
