There are differing opinions on whether the Turkey Baster Method is effective. It is generally recommended to use a sterile needleless, or oral medicine syringe instead of an actual baster. i dont realy know about this one - but there are loads of turkey basters on sale now - so you could always try.
please remember though, that semen can carry sexually transmited diseases, so it may be worth - who ever is donating, gets checked out first.
personally i prefer the natural method.

not sure how safe this would be so I can't suggest that you try it. I'm against any kind of experiments when it comes to ttc unless its medically assisted. Try it at your own risk.
