And she said he used to play a game w/her made her close her eyes and supposal put his finger in her mouth saying he’s a dentists. Happened like 10 yrs ago though.
I didn’t know what to say she’s really upset about it.

Yes. What age is your friend? It sounds that she is still badly affected by whatever happened. Have you suggested that she should visit her doctor and ask about counselling or therapy? It might even be worthwhile for you to contact a Rape Crisis Centre. They could maybe advise you, or at least point you in the right direction

Also, if your friend is feeling guilty, it is important to reassure her that what happened was not her fault and that she is not to blame in any way

It's understandable if she is reluctant to talk about it, but since she has confided in you, maybe she has decided that she can't deal with it by herself anymore. If you are a bit unsure about how to help her, it might help you if you contact organisations which deal with rape or other abuse. You shouldn't have to take all the responsibility without support and advice. It would be good if your friend did this as well, even if it is hard for her

the only organisation I can think of is - www.rapecrisis.org.uk

I hope that helps

This is called grooming. He was grooming her for more. And your friend probobly was testing you to see if she could talk openly to someone and could have more to tell a person willing to listen without judging her. Be a good calm listener. I can only wonder where her mom was? When I was doing a lie detector test for as an applicant for a gov job, the professional 25yrs in the business said 4 out of 5 womens needle jumps when asked if they'd ever abused a child because they themselves had been. Yes my needle jumped, and when I said it was bs, he told me this info. In the old days people knew to separate the sexes for the reason they knew this crap could go on, relatives or not.

Yes, what your friend's uncle did was very wrong. She should ask her parents to put her in counseling because she's still hurting from this abuse and it seems like more might have happened than what she told you.
