What do you do if you can't afford a Therapist?

yeah, i live on a petty income and im trying to stay out of debt as much as possible.

Even without the money problems, i still have issues and im still going crazy and i need help fast.

Where do i go?

If you're speaking of mental health, you can look in the telephone book. There are support groups, also places that charge on a sliding scale depending on income. **Also contact your county social services and I'm more than certain they can give you referrals to free services. ESPECIALLY if you're having suicidal thoughts.

You could find a local university that has
psychology graduate students and a
cheap or free clinic.

Or, if you feel
you're really in need of immediate help,
go to the emergency room.

Maybe your local department of health and family services. I do know that they go on a sliding scale, (your income) as to what they would charge you. #2 try your local church, I am sure they would be glad to help you.

Go to Church or a similar place of worship.

Schedule an appointment with a member of clergy and follow their suggestions with an open mind.
