She is on birth control and says it is affecting her drive....I believe her but what are you thougths.

I've been married for 2 years. Its more like one or two times a month for us. Not because of the lack of drive, but we both work full time and our schedules differ, and quite frankly we are both tired. Birth control, yes, it can affect her. Be lucky you get it once a week.

Sexual drives are different for everyone and during different times in their life. Hers may be affected by birth control now, either way finding a way to figure out how to make both people happy and satisfy a a partner who wants more can be frustrating. A good relationship is better built when the focus of the relationship is not on sex. Good communication is all you need to keep going. I know its frustrating when you want more of what someone is willing to give. Unfortunately for some people being approached all the time tends to push them away. You may be better off just leaving the whole thing alone and not approach her at all anymore. Let her initiate it. You may find you have more intimacy because she will not feel like she has to worry all the time that you want to jump her bones. Good Luck

if u two are newly weds then why the hell are u only having sex once a week? thats understandable if u have been married for twenty years...but sometimes u need to have sex at least three times a week for your relationship to stay strong.
