You need to contact the state aid department, let them know they live with you. Heck take them to the office with you, if they are in school have the school verify the address on the school records to the Department you are trying to get aid from. They should cut her off immediately and she will be charge with fraud, she is collecting money for kids she does not have, thats horrible. Maybe they can give you like immediate funding if you have the kids with you and they see they are living with you. Thats just wrong.

Yes there are some things you can do. Contact you caseworker and let them know this information. There should be an appeal process stated on the letter that was sent to you concerning the reduction in benefits, follow instructions for filing this appeal. Usually you have to request for this in writing and state the reasons why you don't agree with the decision to reduce your benefits. They usually respond within 30-60 days, so the sooner you do this the better. Also if there are no appeal instrucions ask you caseworker what to do in this situation. Your wife has commited a crime by lying on her application to get benefits and they will come after her if you step forward with your information. Also, you need to file for childsupport. She still has a responsibilty to the children and should contribute to their finiancial well-being especially if she is no longer in the home taking care of them. Are you going to divorce? If you do ask for full custody that way she'll always have to pay childsupport and you won't be the one stuck with getting wages ganished. Even if she doesn't pay regularly, it will add up over the years and anything she ever gets (inheritance, lottery winnings, insurance payments, settlements, personal property, regular paycheck) will be subject to garnishment or seizure and sold to satisy the childsupport obligation. I know you probally hate for it to get to that but sometimes there's not working things out with some people because they never hold up their end of the agreement and you are left to handle all responsibilities. Just my thoughts.

Make an appt with your caseworker and collect your childrens school records as proof that they live with you also anything else that will serve as proof that they are in your care 100% of the time. They will most likely also speak with your children to find out what is what. However if these are small kids then that's a whole other story. I say call your caseworker though and fight your greedy a.s.s. lying b*tch of an ex on this. SHE IS WRONG and committing fraud!

I would call the state depatment of child welfare services. They should do an investigation. If she left you with the kids then you should have some proof they have been there and not with her. Also im sorry some of us can be bitter and mean at times.

Call social services up and tell them! I am sure you can prove that the children have been with you....doctor bills, school records, tax returns. You don't have to let her get away with it.
BTW what's with the shouting?! (all capital letters)

My ex lies all the time to Support Enforcement and I always have the proof of the truth and they always rule in my favor.

She's defrauding the system and that's against the law. It's easy for you to prove that all the kids are living with you. Bust her ***.
