i am getting charged monthly charges and yet I have not been able to actually contact any person.?

i can't contact anyone here on yahoo..only get profiles and pics.

go to the the source of payment and tell them to stop the payments!!!

Talk to the bank or credit lender to contest the charges and then maybe email Yahoo customer service.
