Yes.
When it is a beautiful sunny day I feel more positive and motivated. When gloomy I feel, well, gloomy.
SAD, or seasonal affective disorder is a condition related to weather (albeit more related to seasons).

With out a doubt the weather has an affect on moods. That is why Seattle, Washington, USA has a higher suicide rate than the rest of the country. The weather there is rainy, dark with little sunshine a good part of the year.

Yes weather affects our mood. Some say that even the moon affects our mood. Some get cranky when its too hot and some get depressed when it rains. There's even a condition called Seasonal Affective Disorder that people can get from weather.

Yes I believe it does. But only some people. Like I actually LOVE when it rains and I'm all happy and calm. But when it's sunny I am more active and outgoing.
It depends on the person's personality and what they like and don't like.
Does it effect your mood?
Have a Merry Christmas!

Sort of. When it's all sunny and warm, I want to get out and enjoy the weather, but when it's gray and rainy, I like to lay in bed and mope around the house.

Absolutely! When it's cold and dreary, it's hard for me to wake up and feel energetic. When it's warm and sunny I feel so much more lively and physically better. My mood is even better.
