southern latitude is approx 57.96 degrees North
northern latitude is approx 71.15 degrees North

The North Cape, in the Finnmark region is the northernmost point on mainland Europe, is located at approx 71.15 degrees North Latitude.

The town of Mandal (at 58.02 degrees north latitude) is just north of the southernmost point in Norway.

Of course if you use Wikipedia you can come up with all kinds of unreliable and unsubstantiated "facts".

Norway's northern-most point = 80° 49’ 44" N Latitude
Norway's southern-most point = 54° 26′ 0″ S, 3° 24′ 0″ E Latitude
Norway's coordinates are: 62 00 N, 10 00 E

The last source says "the mainland extends from 58 00 N to 71 00 N." * I am sure these are the coordinates you are looking for. Click on the www.fao.org link in the source section.
