Yes, it is still there, on the southern edge of the Sea Of Tranquility, although it's probably in rather poor condition by now. The flag was made of nylon, and nylon doesn't like being exposed to UV radiation. In the absence of atmosphere on the Moon, the flag has been exposed to years of unfiltered UV radiation from the Sun. At the very least it has faded, most likely it has disintegrated.

And, incidentally, the five other flags from the five other landings are all still up there too.

Yes, it still is. But perhaps, not for long. If we do decide to go back to the Moon, one of the missions might be to revisit the Apollo 11 landing site, and to bring some artifacts back, (similar to what the Apollo 12 mission did when they landed near Surveyor 3).
One of the things they can bring back to Earth, could be not only the flag, but parts of the lunar module, as well as parts of the seismometer, to see what the lunar environment did to some of these artifacts.
Imagine what a great addition to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum the Apollo 11 flag would be!
Right next to the Hubble Space Telescope (if they choose to retrieve that, too--after its useful life is over)!

I'm fairly certain it's still there, unless it got knocked over by a meteor since then. I BELIEVE it's in the Sea of Tranquility (remember his first words when he stepped off the LEM: "Tranquility Base here, the Eagle has landed.")

As far as I know all the crap that was taken to the moon was left there. Apart from the flag(s) there are bits and pieces of rubbish, moon buggies, landing craft etc.

Of course, I am assuming that moon landing was real.
