Depends on the man really. My ex had both his pierced and it looked good...i like it to be honest. He did get funny looks whenever he went swimming coz one of them had a huge strange bull horn shaped thing through it!!!

Nope...nor do I find those god-awful earlobe plugs a turn on either. Metal spikes thru the lips, nose, eyebrows etc. give me chills, and not in a good way!
