the OC house?

in the show "OC" do they shoot the scenes inside? or around that house? and how much does a house like that cost?

The Cohen house (which is actually in Malibu) was used mainly for exterior shots, although the inside may have been used for the first episode or two. After that, they built replicas of the house's front porch and doorway inside the studio in Manhattan Beach, along with sets of all the interior rooms. (They went back to film at the real Cohen house for the final two episodes.)

The patio where the poolhouse is supposed to be was actually located at another house very near the Cohen place in Malibu, but there never was a poolhouse - that was always just a set.

I dont kknow about that house, but in the real oc part that its supposed to have taken place houses could be a few million dollars
