Ella Rose- I love the name Ella or nickname Ella. I love Rose as a middle name also. Gabriella Rose [Ella] is beautiful!
Lilianna- Prefer Lilian with the nickname Lily
Grace- Love but only as a middle name. Lilian Grace would be great.
Laila- Don't like, try Lola or Leila.
Haden- Love for a girl, but prefer the spelling Hayden.
Cady- Don't like sounds like Cody. Try Cassandra or Cali.
Kyla- Okay, prefer Kayley or Kylie.
Myshia- Don't like, sounds made up. Prefer Marissa or Madeline.
Alyssa- Nice and the nickname Aly works.
Olishia- Yikes, don't like this at all. Try Olivia.
Alishia- Don't like, just go with Alyssa.
Megan- Cute

Ella is a really cute name!!! I however like Ellie a bit better. If you were to have Ellie for a nick name how about Elizabeth? Its a classic yet very adoable name! I also saw Grace on your list.....Grace is a great first and middle name so I really like:

Alicia is the correct spelling - it looks nicer than Olishia.
Rose is my favourite girl's name! My son was going to be called Rose if he was a girl!
Ella, Lilliana, Grace, Laila and Megan are all nice. I don't like the others much.

I love Oh-lis-see-uh, and I know there is a High school Musical actress named that, i just don't know how she spelt it. Her name is Olesya Rullin. I think there could be a pretty way to spell it. Olysia? I think that is really pretty! I also like Liliana, Grace, Laila, Kyla, and Alyssa. I think Olysia Grace Mckenna is really pretty!
