I'm going to see Blood Brothers in London and i want to meet some of the cast but it's going to be really cold and i want to know if they will still talk to us or will they just rush off?

The cold has nothing to do with it. Most performers will change out of costume, remove make up and leave. Your best bet is to wait outside the stage doors. Some of them may take up to half an hour to leave, especially if there is any kind of note session going on.

Most performers will be happy to stop and say hello, maybe sign a program or take a photo. Just remember, they do have families to get home to and have just finished a day of work, some may not be in the mood to hang around. Be respectful and don't expect anything.

However, if there are many big name performers you may not get close enough. Stage door generally has high security and/or is unavailable to theatre patrons. But most theatres will have a line you can stand behind or you can watch for glimpses from across the street.

The only advice I can give is to get to the stage door as soon as possible after the show. Most actors are flattered that people want to see them, but do remember that they do have lives outside of the theatre and may not always have the time to stop and talk. Most will though, if you ask. If you don't stop them by saying something to them, they may not relalise that you are waiting to see them.

Most actors are in a hurry to get on with their everyday lives and do not hang around the stage door in any weather.
