I masterbate about once a day. when I materbate I ejaculate within about 10 mins is this normal ? or should i be able to go longer? also will this lead into me ejactulating early during sex. how can I last longer ?

no, it is normal and it shouldn't lead to early ejaculations. however, it is good to obstain for masturbating for a day or two before sex that way more can be put into it. good luck.

10 minutes is fine. You are lasting far far longer than most guys and you are right on the concept--if you masterbate quickly that does train your body to ejaculate quickly when the real thing takes place. But at 10 minutes you are right on target for having a great sex experience. You'd shock most experienced girls if you lasted that long.

It is normal,but to last longer do this:
when you feel like you are about to ejaculate stop and wait a minute and then start all over again,do this 3 or 4 times in a row and you will eventually be able to last longer.

You're able to hold off for quite a while.
If you want to increase the length of time, masturbate until the point just before you orgasm, then stop and concentrate on not ejaculating. After you calm down a bit, repeat. After a while, you will get the hang of it.
