I get this problem as well and find that I tend to sleep on my stomach or side when the puffiness occurs. My suggestion is to sleep on your back.

It might be from make-up; if you wear concealer or foundation your skin absorbs it (not all of it though!) But after a while it will make your eyes puff up or become slightly sagged.
Or....
From an infection or where you've had more sleep than usual and your body perhaps isn't used to it...
Hope this helps a little =D

go to a cosmetaligest and pick up some MAC foundation. Also:
Wash face with ice cold water for 20 minutes.
and
Slice a raw cucumber or potato thinly and put on top of lids; or steep teabags in hot water, and after letting them cool put the moist bags on lids.
Leave them for 20 minutes.
Good luck!

could be allergy's and/or air quality, my daughter has the same problems... Went to an allergist and he had us do some things and it alleviated the problems, you should see one too, it would be beneficial to you!!!
