It depends on what pill you are taking. Some can help control acne. I would say keep taking them. It can be hard on your body to go on and off of them all the time, or switch BC methods when they involve hormones. Also who knows when you might be having sex again, if you don't want to be pregnant right now then keep taking them.

if u dont need it then it probably is alot better for you not to take it. however if you do have problems with your period or pains or what not from it and all that then it wont be to bad to keep taking it. it wont bring any more benefits then lighter period and whatnot but i dont know any real bad adverse effects from it as long as it isnt a very high dose form.

you should deside from your own preferences but it is a little better for you to not be taking it. ask your friends if it screw with your attitude with them. ive known a few people who have massive mood and attitude and such problems from the hormones unnatural rise and fall. if you want to keep taking it go ahead it shouldn't do anything bad.

Some women take them to relieve symptoms of endometriosis or to regulate their periods. My daughter took them for a short time to reduce the severity of her acne.
