People make mistakes. She's not the first 16 year old girl to get pregnant, and she most certainly won't be the last. Sure she took a big risk, but I feel bad for her...her 'childhood' is over. And just b/c she was having sex doesn't make her a bad role model. At least she wants to do the right thing and raise the baby in her hometown. I personally would be happiest if I never hear another story about her again. I think people should leave her be.

That's what usually happens when parents (so called) let 14 & 15 year old girls have boyfriends and dates. Especially so when the boy friend is already out of high school. Some parents are real idiots. But what's this about a 16 year old being a "role model"? Kids haven't seen enough of life or know enough to be a "role model".

I think it is very depressing how all the "role models" of today are horribly the opposite. First Vanessa Hudgens and now Jamie...... What has this world come to???!!!

honestly i think that jamie is a britany in action. its like shes her clone. i felt bad for her but hey look at the stupid sister she wound up with.

i agree........her parents thought that that was good! Her mom thought that it was good she was starting a family, but at 16!?!?!
