It is so sanitary and when coming back from overseas we just feel so... so... so bad not having it..!
Bidet is a plumbing fixture next to the toilet to wash the genitals and the anus after using toilet paper.
Argentina and the entire Europe has them in "Every-Single-Home"...
Why can't we?

There was just a news show on this.
There is an American company out to change the way the USA takes restroom hygiene.
They are making a line of American Bidets.
Including a Deluxe Wash & Dry model.
With the low density of exsisting competition they should be able to clean up.

You're so right.
Listen to this: my friends bought an attachment & added it to their toilet. You can reach back and move the lever, and receive splashes. Well, they didn't tell me it's an AMERICAN product (oh boy), and that sucker can SPLASH!!!

They exist, but usually in resorts, or luxury hotels. If you have the financial means to do so, you can have one installed in your home.

I've seen them in some residences.
There's no reason why not, but they just never became customery in US.
