How do white Americans feel about being the most hated people in the world?

I say "white Americans" because when people (especially foreigners) think of Americans they usually think of white people.

they dont care about what people think about them, some dont care at all. but a few try not to be openly racist and arrogant to each other, but honestly, they dont give a damn. america is the only country that claims to be the best in the world

Do people really hate North Americans or do they hate the United States Administration? I was in Guatemala two years ago, and while visiting Tikal, I was conversing with a native Mayan who explained that a lot of people see North Americans and George Bush as the same entity...and since many hate George Bush, they transfer those feelings onto North Americans. I don't really appreciate that ideology because I never wanted Bush to be president in the first place and I did not vote for Bush Sr. or Bush Jr.

Anyway, I know that oppression, discrimination, violence and an overall very poor foreign policy has been established by the United States for centuries now, and every great civilization does have its fall. We are seeing and experiencing this in the U.S. currently, but few talk about it because few realize it. Sh*t, that is why I make sure to have a good time whenever I can, and teach my son to do the same, because you never know what the future may hold.

Am I supposed to care?

Unless they can walk here few of them are ever going to manage to get into anyone's face about their bruised feelings, they're too busy making their own countries into the envy of the world.

What importance should I give for the political opinions of a Bengali rice farmer whose total experience with democracy is to always vote for the Monkey, because the Monkey Party is your friend?

Islamics don't like me? Wow, cry me a river on that score. They hate pretty much everyone who isn't behind them in the mosque sniffing crack, so I can live with that one as well.

Europeans? Are you serious? They can't even agree which of their member states should be marginalized and whether the official languages of the EU should be limited in number to 47 or 68. The entire region has been nothing but tribal warfare and the folly of kings since they learned agriculture. There is a good reason my ancestors left there as well.

Hispanics want to grab some of what we've got? No big surprise, since they "settled" everything south of the Rio Grande by killing or enslaving the people who lived there and then declaring themselves to be native inhabitants. The very names used to desribe these groups tell you where they came from...."Latin" and "Hispanic"....more Europeans out to loot and rob. Thieves hate competition.

In short...I find myself unable to care what people who suffer from envy think of me or my country.

We were nothing when we got here, most of us.

We had to fight the most powerful Empire in history to make ourselves into a nation.

Once we had managed that we were the object of scorn and ridicule for another century before we garnered any signifigant amount of respect from anyone in the same regions you say hate us so much today....so what's different now?

When Faciscm and Communism attempted to take over the entire world....who was it that threw themselves into the fight, took vast amounts of territory by force of arms at great cost in blood and wealth....only to give it ALL back when the war was over?

You want to tell when the last time a "Latin American", European, Middle Eastern, or any other nation in the world did something like that?

For your information, WE ONLY discriminate against the "free loaders" that just want to live "for free" on the tax payers, citizens and LEGAL immigrants who PAY TAXES are more than welcome!!

Hispanic Americans? Like I give a rats furry behind about them. They drain our social services, wave their flags while demanding their " rights", and quickly bring their anchor babies onto American soil. And, if everyone hates Americans so much, why the hell are over a million people a year trying for legal entry into this country? Sounds more like a love fest to me. Anyone trying to get into Saudia Arabia, Mexico, El Salvador, England, Italy, Russia? Tell me..... how many?

"MO"- as a Canadian, I would appreciate you not referring to the US as North America. I'm sure many Mexicans share my feelings. I don't think the people of the US are hated , rather it is the fascist government in power at present. The US as a nation will be around for a long time. I'm sure China will allow it to exist in the same manner as Hong Kong.
