Depending on how one defines intelligence

in our yard we have millions

There was millions in our house too

But we managed to teach them that it was not a good idea to be inside the house and they now aren't coming in anymore. but it took a long time teaching

I guess that could be that they do have some intelligence after all

not a a single ant
they are like bees
view them as loose cells of a large body

the colony all together is the complete animal
and that has intelligence

and there are a lot more underground ,
than you see on the surface

We have millions ,and several different species
leaf cutters ,small black ,
miniature ,and large red

in the mountains above us there are also several species of soldier ants
one way they pass messages is by pheromones

yes they are intelligent because they obviously make their ant hills and they also work together to get food. and their queen is also the smartest for getting all those ants to work for her. lol. and there are beyond billions in my yard.

Science proved that ants are so intelligent ...
For example ; when they store a seed they divide it into two parts in order not to grow and keep it dry ..
Of course there are millions in my yard ...

Intelligent? What are you referring to?

Their structure of hierarchy? Ability to find food?
Even if you factor all that in, no. These abilities are ingrained into their instincts and some queens have ways to control the colony by smells emitted by her.

Tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands.

Intelligence is a human definition. We define it based on ourselves. It does not apply to insects.
