Breathe, learn how not to react in anger, take extra time to think about the more important situations, and not making snap decisions that may be regrettable. Learn how others seem to easily deal with it (just ask.) Realise that you cannot pick your neighbours, your family members, your in-laws, or your workmates. And try to simplify your life by eliminating too many unnecessary activities that so many of us seem to think we need to keep up with.
Just let them GO.
And keep trying different "beverages" until you find one that you REALLY enjoy! (In moderation, of course.)

Just deal with 1 thing at a time and not think about the rest until you have dealt with the first. then move on taking deep breaths.
